Corporate Governance

Good corporate governance remains our fundamental culture. It is the key element of ensuring that we grow as a successful and sustainable business. The board of directors and the management strive to attain and uphold a high standard of corporate governance and to maintain sound corporate governance practices for the interests of the shareholders and other stakeholders including customers, employees and the general public. The Group abides by the governing laws and regulations of Mongolia and, as a bank holding company, is subject to the governance rules and procedures issued from time to time by the Central Bank of Mongolia, the banking sector regulator. The corporate governance framework of TenGer Financial Group is based on equitable treatment of all shareholders, including minority and foreign shareholders, accountability at all levels, disclosure and transparency, and responsibility before all stakeholders.
