Mr. Gankhuyag Chuluun, CEO of TenGer Financial Group LLC, has been Named the Business Person of the Year 2009 and Received "Golden Rose" Award

The 9th annual “Golden Rose” award ceremony was hosted by the Mongolian Socialist Democratic Youth Union and announced persons of the Year 2009 in business, culture, sport, media and politics recognizing excellence in their respective sectors.

Chief Executive of TenGer Financial Group, a parent company of XacBank, Mr. Ganhuyag Chuluun was chosen as a business person of the Year 2009 and presented with the “Golden Rose” by the Prime Minister of Mongolia Mr. Batbold Suhbaatar. The award honors his creative initiatives and accomplishments such as leadership in opening the banking sector of Mongolia to foreign investors, contributions towards developing pro-business policies over the recent years, leading the way for corporate social responsibility in Mongolia, and the first equity investment in a foreign financial institution by a Mongolian entity. 

He is also one of the Young Global Leaders chosen by the World Economic Forum (WEF) for his professional accomplishments, commitment to society and potential to contribute to shaping the future of the world through inspiring leadership and has been taking part in events organized by the WEF. He was invited to take part in 2010 Davos meetings to take place at the end of January. Currently he has been assigned to help organize the Inaugural Mongolia Economic Forum in February.
